Anyone know who they are, their political allegiance and, for those in the Commons not the Lords, which constituency?

The one who looks like Victorian Pendleton is VP.

Here's a bit of the ride I managed to gatecrash

There were lots of police marshals so generally a motor-traffic free ride for them apart from a taxi that barged in. It was nice having a car free cycle around Parliament Square.

(Plus I got to talk to a head honcho from EDF who are promoting Green Cycle Week or whatever they're calling Bike Week now. He seemed bit miffed when I asked him how ethical it was nicking Ecotricity's use of the Union Jack - he seemed content that it hadn't been trade-marked so was fair game. I suggested time to start using a sunflower type of image with BP EDF in the middle.)
