Can it be done by teams of three?

I believe relays are accepted. It's too brave for me - can't stand open-water swimming, and hate running on roads!

Yup, there's a team relay.  (costs as much as three solo entries though!)

I'm sore tempted: I've done the tiny-grassroots stuff and it'd be entertaining to try the mega-scale ones.  I can't see what days the different races are held.  Can anyone point it out to me?

Right, I'm entered.

A little bird tells me that it's the sprint, supersprint and relays on the saturday. They close the local roads for these and the bike loop just goes up and down the dual carriageway by Excel. 

The full individual olympic distance for all age groups happens on the Sunday, but you may be required to rack your bike on the Saturday.

I'd better bring the Brommie as well.
