Reading through their response, I do wonder what the Charity Commission would make to the way they are disregarding AGM voted resolutions. It might be worth raising a complaint with them. After all, if CTC/CUK wants to be a charity, then it needs to meet the rules and regulations of the Charity Commission.

Does it matter if cuk does not follow its own rules?


Has along it fulfilled its purpose /objectives successfully does it matter?
