Another interesting take on 'modern' - 1975. ;D

Anyways, the modern always takes second place to the listenable...

They were very good live, but I enjoyed JMJ more, back in March - he had more fun.

Since they're all doing the rounds again, I think they count as 'modern.' :)

Mike Oldfield - The Shining Ones

[Monty Python Yorkshireman voice]  Right.... [/Monty Python Yorkshireman voice]
In homage to the Dun Run Wot I Missed.

Mike Oldfield - Mistake ('nuff said...)
Mike Oldfield - Flying Start (i.e. setting off from London Fields at 7, rather than 8)
Mike Oldfield - Moonlight Shadow
Mike Oldfield - Great Plain (aka Essex)
Mike Oldfield - Man in the Rain (not this year, it transpires)
Mike Oldfield - When the Night's On Fire (Tribute to the candles in jamjars)
Mike Oldfield - Tricks Of The Light (When the sleep-deprivation causes the hallucination faeries to arrive)
Mike Oldfield - Five Miles Out (nearly there)
Mike Oldfield - Arrival (at the Dunwich beach into the splendour of Annie's Cafe)
Mike Oldfield - Evacuation (e.g. the train back from Darsham)

See you there next year.
