This difference is important if you have a waist to hip ratio of 0.7...

This difference is important if you have a waist to hip ratio of 0.7...

One would have to question whether someone who's 6' round the middle is more likely to have a waist to hip ratio of 0.7 or a hip to waist ratio of 0.7.
