I have had a fun-packed day, starting with Type 2 Fun, with My Man at the Gym putting me through my paces, as described
here.
I had a lovely piece of birthday steak for lunch, with taters, carrots, peas, tomato and onion, and this afternoon Jan and I spent a couple of hours chez Penelope, drinking tea and nattering. Then, straight to the beach for a couple of swims with pals.
I'm now home again and thinking about a bottle of chianti that is in the pantry waiting to be opened, but I think I will have a couple of cups of tea first, and then have a glass or two in time for bed.
Next stop septuagenarianism.
