Some of you may know Ana. She is in a bad way after a serious crash in Spain.  Safe, but a long recovery ahead

Terrible news, I know Ana quite well, tough as a nail, wish her a speedy recovery!  :'( :'(

I can see it and I don’t follow her.   Basically she did a short 18km ride up a hill and back.

I don't know her, but back when I was running UAF Audaxes here one of our road captains had horrible injuries when her fork snapped, & needed bone grafts to fix her neck.  She hasn't dared to ride since.  If Ana is riding again, more power to her. I hope she'll go on riding for many years to come.
