Just over a week ago I did a short 3 day tour around the Yorkshire / Cumbria border. About 115 miles in total with a camping load. This was the first trip of it's kind since September last year.
I was wearing Specialized Tahoes and using Time ATACs, all well used & familiar kit.
Since coming back the big toes and first adjacent toes on both feet feel numb. No pins & needles, colour is normal & returns quickly after fingertip pressure. They just don't feel as sensitive to touch as normal and generally feel weird.
Any ideas what may have caused this & how long it may last ?

Compressed nerves perhaps? You say the first trip since September. Give yourself a few more days. Has this happened before? If it doesn't improve then have them looked at. Cap. refill appears to be ok though.

Could be. It's nearly the start of the sandal season anyway.
Foot massage ?

Foot massage ?
Absolutely. It is my speciality but I think you are a bit far away. :-*
