Just tuned in. Wondering how The Man's hip flexors are doing. In my case they'd be screaming by now.
I've dusted off all those old bottles and set them up straight

This ^^^^.  I once had to ride the Towpath Bike three miles home on one engine after the left crank fell off and could only walk in circles for the next twenty-four hours.

..could only walk in circles for the next twenty-four hours.

Fortunately Steve is riding in circles, so that's ok.

I like the cup crutch holders! ICE should have them as an option.  ;D

Works for this Friendface-refusnik.  Top use of cable tie technology.  Can't help wondering if he'd find it a bit easier if he left the crutches at the side of the track, thobut.

I was wondering whether he could fit a cleat on a crutch and use it on the other pedal.  ;D

Quite interesting to see where Steve has been today. Good choice to use Railway walk, nice and straight even if it is uphill on the way back.

Phenomenal. Dunno if Steve was already a dark-sider, but for someone who isn't moving from DF to bent is difficult; just doing 80 miles on 2 legs would be creditable. Doing it on one after three weeks off is verging on miraculous.

We were just looking at Steve's Strava and mini ao volunteered to count the laps/profile 'teeth', and reckons on ~85 laps of the bowl!

Go Steve!
