Yet another where the hell does this ride start and finish

Whilst looking at Martin Malins's ECE events, I notice Les Lowe's Edge to Edge 500.

From where to where ? any ideas ?

Aberystwyth to Gt Yarmouth.  After about 20 miles its all downhill.

Blimey, that brings back some rather ancient memories.

[edit] this was, I think, the 2nd or 3rd AUK Permanent to be set up - after LE-JoG.  The other one was St Davids - Flamborough Head.

I did Edge to Edge in 2003.  The riding was generally pretty good but I'm not too impressed by Great Yarmouth or the last few kms through the marshes, a narrow and busy road.
