LEL '25 or '26?

It's been 5 years since the last LEL. Normally it' 4 years. Will it be 4 years until the next LEL, or 3 years to fit back into the pattern of being two years out of phase with PBP?

I think it's pretty definitely established that it's going to be in 3 years.
