I sincerely hope that he is refused permission to be scattered anywhere, and most definitely his funeral and scattering should not be on consecrated ground.  In fact it would be good if all funeral directors refused to have anything to do with him.  Yes, I am being vindictive, and I'm not going to apologise for it.

But the coroner has stated that he won't release the body until there is a funeral director and crematorium sorted.
