Take one belligerent cat and slowly add ferrets...
« on: 06 October, 2008, 02:24:11 pm »
Montezuma has been staying with the pikes whilst Liz and I were on holiday.  I went to collect him yesterday and he seems to have enjoyed his time in the country.

Apparently, he achieved an uneasy truce with the ferts, with the occasional breach of the cease-fire needing to be patched up by UN troops bearing strips of cheap supermarket ham.

It would appear that kitty (the most mischievous of the ferts) had discovered a way of taking the cat by surprise when he's the least able to retaliate...

That's quite impressive. When I had a ferret, in my yoof, I always kept him away from the cat. On one occasion they came face to face in the garden and started to stare each other out. I felt it was safer to remove the cat.
