It isn't the pot itself that has broken, it's the tea infuser. It's conical with a supporting ring at the top, which has come adrift from the cone. I'm very surprised, given the elegant design of the rest of the tea pot, that they manufactured the infuser from 3 bits of metal rather than just the one. I think it's stainless steel.
I'm contemplating fixing it with araldite. I fixed the handle back onto a saucepan lid quite successfully, but they don't come into direct contact with food. Is araldite OK to use on an item that gets dunked into every pot of tea we make?

Googling "Araldite food contact" yields no, no and no. In your place I'd either look for an infuser of compatible diameter or one that'll dunk fully in the pot with a chain & hook so that you can pull it out again. Or you could get a tea-strainer.

Regardless of food safety, epoxies have maximum temperature ratings before they soften/ creep. Standard Araldite is listed as 65 degrees, though this is quite conservative.

Drill through it and bolt it together? With stainless steel bolts.

Get a tea strainer or an infuser ball.

Get it welded. Given the size, maybe a jewellry restorer. Not a boatyard.....
There are some real artisan welders out there.

As it happens, I fixed this myself very straightforwardly. The cone that fitted outside the supporting ring now sits inside it and can’t fall through the hole.
