I've been asked by someone (darn sarf) if anyone has any experience or knowledge of this lot
http://www.bristolbicycles.co.uk/content/index.php
as they are contemplating one a C2W scheme.
They're looking at the non-stepthrough park street, and want to get lights/locks/guards/rear rack.
Anyone have any light to shed?

I don't know much about the bikes themselves, but I'm quite familiar with the place that seems to be the main outlet for them and I think puts them together as well: Jake's Bikes. Certainly it was the eponymous Jake who started them and designed them. It's not at all snazzy place, but it is friendly and 100% reliable and if your friend goes there, I'm sure they'll get good advice.

Any bike called the Bristol Park Street had better have some spectacular gearing and brakes
