Smart e-Bike

I need to replace the bottom bracket on a Smart e-Bike. It definitely isn't conventional and there is nowhere to apply a tool. A call to a Mercedes 'technician' left me less than impressed. According to him they don't sell replacement parts!

I don't want to tell a customer his £2k e-bike is scrap. Any info please?

Thank you for that.

It's convinced me that I'm not going to repair it, Smart/Mercedes can.
