High quill to ahead converter thingy

I'm looking for one of
these
but with a difference: I mount lights and GPS on an
accessory bar
which sits above the ahead stem on two of my machines. One has a long uncut steerer, the other a similar gizmo to the converter.
I have a bike with a threaded headset and a converter at the moment. I need something to replace the converter so I can still have the current setup and add my accessory bar.
Anybody know of one please?

I had a cheapo cromo one that was way too long for what I needed (so I cut it down) but would have done what you wanted. Not sure where I got it from, or who made it, or where it went. Not much help, I know, but they are out there...
