Duraace triple STI levers 7803

Could some guru let me know if these are compatible with Ultegra 6600 front chain set and front changer----what works?

I have the 7803 levers with 6600 triple chain set and front mech on my Condor and they work perfectly. Good crisp and reliable changes in both directions.
