Another latecomer to 'The End of the F***ing World' party here, am liking it.
Ooh I keep meaning to watch that.
It's really F***ing good!!! I didn't really have a clue what was going on, due to:
- missing Series1 (the recap was almost damaging)
- our wobbly old Humax eating loads of key dialogue,
- multiple flashbacks, and
- despite being set in the UK (possibly Scotland??), it is stylistically 100% in the footsteps of recent US productions. Which messed with my head.
Not sure if the latter is because of the Netflix/US cash, or because the makers are fans of Fargo and Wes Anderson films. I see no harm in more telly being like this
We will hopefully watch right from the beginning one day - something to look forward to...
