Unable to register DIY because I sort-of don't exist

Just a "heads-up", as they say in corporate circles.  I've just posted this issue problem report on the Audax UK Forum:

I just attempted to register a mandatory route DIYxGPS, at https://www.aukweb.net/forms/entryformdiym.php.  I filled in the Membership Number (not the letter) and Password boxes, and then pressed the Login button.  The response is "We don't have the membership number and password combination you entered in the system."  That was using Chrome.

I then attempted to do the same using IE in InPrivate mode and had the same experience.  So I followed the Forgotten Password link and filled in the Membership Number and Registered Email details.  I received a response "Membership number (5379) with email address (notrevealedtoyoulot@nowhere.com) not found on file. Your password could not be retrieved."

A little investigation shows that although I am listed in the Points Table at http://www.aukweb.net/results/detail/this/points/, clicking the David Browning link returns a page containing an empty rides table, at http://www.aukweb.net/results/detail/2019/listride/?Rider=5379

Any idea what's going on?
The present is a foreign country: they do things differently here.

The website is broken at the moment. Try again when the front page isn't saying "No events found".
