I realise this might be pushing it.
I have a bit of scientific software that works on two machines.
1) An old(ish) Pentium 3 linux box running RHEL 3
2) A new(ish) Dual core dual boot with Windows/CentOS 5
Hunky dory, keine problem.
I wiped a PC identical to #1 above and installed Scientific Linux and found that the programme ceased to function. Hum.
I wiped this then installed CentOS 5.1 and the same thing happened.
The error I get is:
No file to extend for IUnit=1 --Out of disk space
Error termination in NtrErr
Now, a) there is tonnes of free disk space and b) the swap partition is 4GB so I don't buy that as a problem either.
