I'll be fine but events like this are what you make it and at present I am in danger of 'just doing it' and not making the most of it.

I'm sure you feel well healed by now Martin, but looking from the outside, I'd have thought that doing LEL would be proof to yourself that you're back to where you were before your fall.

I suggest watching Damon's LEL DVD, it reminded me that LEL was a great adventure.
Wheel meet again, don't know where, don't know when...

You were all wrong. Meeting one of the control commandants and a nice ride from Brampton to Dalkeith and back with some nice people and sunshine did the trick. Andy, leave my pint in the pump I'll sup it when i pass the next day !

You obviously heard about the  home made organic rhubarb crumble in store for the lucky  160 at Coxwold then.

Sorry - I forgot

its actually for the volunteers as a recruitment  incentive.  Something along the lines of

'Volunteer at Coxwold and your waistline will ne'er be the same again'

Riders get tinned fuit salad and a jam butty.              If they are lucky.

LEL...you did it again, you let my secrets go!  But I wasn't going as far as the jam.
