Strictly speaking this maybe ought to be in Vroom (mods, feel free to move it), but I'd also suspect that if the Electrical Bicycle Regulations allowed for unicycles, it could come close to being allowed (however, you can't pedal it, so it's not going to conform on that alone).
It's an electric unicycle, with a 12 mile range, and a max speed of around 10mph.

I could probably commute on this, and carry it home on the underground (although I'm not sure what TfL's view on unicycles on the underground is!)
I wonder if you could make a unicycle that self balanced, but had it's motivation power supplied via pedals?
