well not new exactly, its prob quite old , but new to me. E-bay purchase, its a 40 hole large flange double fixed track hub, with a grease nipple in the he smoothest running hub I have EVER had. all built onto a wheel. Got my sprocket , lock ring and chain, ordered from spa, should be here tomorrow, so should be built up by fri/sat. I'll post up a piccie/ I'll be running a 46/19 which is about 63.5, a tad spinniny maybe, but i've never done fixed.and there are a few hills round ere, so dont want to pop my knees just yet. Is this a tandem track hub?
