A big spanish omelette-style thing.  With red onions and spuds and 'shrooms and garlic and black olives and cheese and cherry tomatoes.

Then I'm going out to meet some colleagues who have gone out for a curry (I didn't really finish work/volunteering early enough to go) and scavenge leftover poppadoms.

I might even have a fizzy pop to drink.

We have properly run out of food tonight after me being away on my bike until Monday, and I am workng the weekend so hadn't ordered any more. So I went searching through the fridge and freezer for what was left and came up with this (and it wasn't half bad!)

Pot-roasted chicken with garlic, lemon, and herbs from the garden. And leeks, lots of leeks.  Should do the next few days while I'm out at work as well.

Pancetta, pea & sundried tomato risotto. Just the thing when the weather has been as lousy as it has been today.  :D

I made lamb chops in a stew for me and my mum.

Last night I made us a veg curry. Burned to the bottom of the pan but it was fine.

The night before it was venison burgers with ratatouille.

Last night we had red onion tart tatin with cheddar pastry, green beans and potato salad, followed by Tesco trifle. We had Tesco trifle because Scotmid didn't have any. Scotmid trifle is dirty delicious trifle.

Tonight we're having pilaf, except I have no almonds or peanuts so McBobb has gone to get some. He's so great.  :)

Top meal tonight. I can't believe I've got to my age and never had grated raw beetroot before, it is fantastic.
Also had some broad bean tips sauteed.

I made an epic salad out of feta cheese, avocado, beetroot, cress, lettuce, spring onions, tomatoes, radishes and fresh basil and coriander. I thought I had maybe put too many different flavours in, but it was very nice

Me and TG are having spaghetti with meatballs in Arrabiata sauce which I made with sun blushed tomatoes; we're having olives and artichoke hearts with it. I toned down the chilli to suit TG. :)
