From working with a Franchise business way back when, I think you'll find that the franchisees have groups within their brand/business (e.g. Fastsigns, Apollo Blinds, Pirtek ... etc) - I'm not aware of any umbrella/all-brands franchisee associations.
From experience the franchisee groups tend to be formed as a result of complaints/poor service the members receive from the franchisor (it certainly was where i worked, sometimes meetings were close to lynchings!)
