I'm impressed: this guy not only has enough muscle to do a 25mph 100 on a trike, but also enough eccentricity to deploy his talents in the uber-niche world of trike time trialling. Respect!

And 3 riders under 18 mins in the national '10'. Seems like TT racing has just had a leap forward this year - or is it just the trickle down of riders like Alex Dowsett taking part whilst part of a big set up like Movistar - raising the professionalism and discipline?

OTOH it was the first time (I believe) they'd had the national 10 on Hull, and the BDCA 100 apparently had a float day. Oh, and Botty seems to have risen up to properly take Hutch's mantle, just as Hutch has fallen off the pace.
