Or not, as it turns out. For some reason, we can watch all of the World Cup rounds in the UK on YouTube, but not the world championships :-(

Free coverage can still be found on the Cycling Fans website, if you can cope with non-English commentary as I'm doing as I write this.

According to the TV schedules, cyclocross is on British Eurosport 1 Monday 2/2/15 9.30 pm - 11.30 pm.    Presumably this will be the World champs.
