Peter Eland posted on the Velovision forum today that a blind lady in West London is hoping to find someone to captain her tandem.

A fair way across London, but I'll take a look. I used to volunteer with the "Double Vision" blind rehab Veterans program at the VA when I was in the US and I've been meaning to see if there was something similar over here. Kind of fun, I even did five double centuries (325k?) rides captaining people from the VA  :)
