Just to let you all know that the emails have gone out for this. So if you get something from CES (Civica Election Services) with the subject line "Audax UK AGM 2019/20 online voting" it is genuine, not spam or phishing. If you don't yet have it in your inbox then please check your spam/junk mail, and failing that check with have the correct email address registered for you.
Note that if there are household members with no valid email address, one email for each person will be sent to the main member's address, so also check the name in the body of the mail.
