Sore throat... again

Well if it's any consolation - I felt fine on the ride - but Sunday morning, felt the beginnings of a sore throat. Tried to overdose on vitamin C, but it was too late.

Ever since, I have had one BASTARD of a cold/manflu. Haven't slept properly for 3 nights, cos when I lie down, I can just feel the  gunk dripping into my throat and end up coughing all night.

So you have my sympathies.

I have had low level cold symptoms (I won't go in to detail , I'm sure everybody is familiar with them) for a couple of weeks , without ever having the real cold itself.

Strange , but it seems I'm not alone
