There’s a new app I came across. It seems to do a lot of similar things as TrainerRoad.

I’m trying it out on a two week trial to see if I like it. It’s quite neat - load your strava training history (or others - not sure what is supported). Enter some events. It builds a plan. Each day you say how much time you have and it offers a workout (and alternatives). Skip a day and it re plans the week to adjust, eg additional Saturday work.

I’ve not done a workout in it yet, but going to try one tomorrow to see how it goes.
