Title: Now TV BB?

We now have fibre to the house available and we are looking at providers. Now TV do not offer direct phone support but instead offer forums with their tecs involved.

We are dubious about this although on the surface the offer looks interesting at £30 a month for calls and 50 meg or so.

Anyone with experience of their service?

Exactly how are you meant to use their fora if your broadband is down?

Do you have FTTP? There's not many providers for this just now.
Don't think NowTV offer it anyway.

We've got FTTC with NowTV - works fine, reasonably priced, though our introductory offer has just ended so I must see if I can get a better deal from them. No need to contact their support people so can't comment on that aspect.
