So I'm sorting my diet out. Now time for exercises. Main aim is to loose body fat and to build up muscle again. I'm 5'2 and currently 106kg
I can't afford a gym atm but I do have a lot of stairs in the town hall, and a set of weights I can also go on slow walks. I also have a resistance band somewhere. Also a bike of course. Whatever it is, it needs to be low impact.
So using those, can I get some advice of exercises/a regime I could do. Ie 50 low weight reps each arm, 20 heavy reps. Push ups etc?
