More likely: Arrest (vandalism?  dispensing unknown 'chemicals'?  we just don't like cyclists?) , like the American bloke who did the dot-matrix chalk dispenser ('Bikes against Bush') - he was taken off the streets just in time for GWB's party convention in 2004, and last I heard, he still hadn't got his bike back.   ::-)
