Mushrooms (probably poisonous)

Our garden's gone mushroom crazy, and probably not the good type, they're kind of fluorescent yellow/orange. Anyway, we don't want them coming back, any easy way to stop them, as I'm worried they may be in the soil.

They're always in the soil.  The mushrooms are just the fruiting bodies.  It's been an exceptional year for them this year; they're everywhere.

Not much you can do, and it's very unlikely you'll see as many next year anyway.
