It's tempting, I must say. If they did Schwalbe Marathon Plus's in pink there would be no dithering. Just wondering how many gears to award myself....
 ::-)

Not M+, but Schwalbe do Delta Cruisers in pink (I've seen some, and they were *very* pink).

Pink chains are available, too... ;)

Wow... I have found pink pedals that seem to match the frame, I have it in front of the fireplace so I can plot my next move in the evenings. Nice things to be doing.
And yes, yuk to the white grips... but wow to the wheels!

CrinklyAuntie's pink bike was wearing its 'going out shoes' when I saw it at the weekend, which are pink.  I did try searching on here to find a pic/what they are but failed abysmally.  She seems to like 'em, anyway - both as tyres and for their pinkness.

I think she has these: -

One one/Planet X bikes sell them :)

Well here it is! All done, and considering my smallish budget (it's all relative!) I am delighted with the job my LBS did for me. That's the Cycle Centre in Penzance. So between Dave Yates and the LBS I have got myself what has turned out to be a very fast and comfy every day bike.  :thumbsup:

It's a bracket for a 'walkydog', a device that lets my dog run with me safely, a brilliant piece of kit. She loves the bike and has done 2,000 miles with me so far! I have been roundly told off by the LBS and my cycling friends for daring to  put my old, battered, cheap pannier rack on my new shiny bike, so will remedy that as soon as I have recovered from paying for all this!
All in all, I can't recommend everyone highly enough for putting this together for me, it's been a joy from start to finish.  ;D  8)

You're female?

Just a wild stab in the dark..trying not to be too sexist..just a guess.
Some people say I'm self-obsessed but that's enough about them.

I am female indeed... and just silly enough to still be wanting a brand new pink bicycle in middle age.  I'm sure it's the shape of the frame that gave it away!  ;)
