I had 2 weeks of use of my waterrower before going away for christmas.
Trying to be a good boy and not overload joints, so sticking to 30min, 3 times a week. (plus 5min warmup)
Normally do 6500m or so, in each session. Goal is 7500m in 30 min by summer.
The rower is stuck in the 'guest' bedroom atm, so a bit of a boring place to row.
I bought the bluetooth connection module and wish I hadn't, since it seems flaky, doesn't maintain connection.
