How about rain round the year award (RRTY) ?

Proof of passage must be of you and bike slowly drowning in the rain each month. Blizzards are an acceptable alternative in winter.

If anyone is up for establishing a foul weather riding award then that is to be applauded, but I don't think it is fair to impugne anyone's rrty for getting lucky with precipitation and wind etc.

WRRTY
All rides must be completed in no less than a Near Gale and must be verified as heading into the wind

I missed it last year as was busy. They usually only give a few days notice that it's happening. I have however gone across that damn on an Audax into a headwind. It was *not* fun. Have been back the opposite direction with a very light tail wind. Much nicer...
