And to think that YACF's founder is more popular than Facebook's founder. Well done, Rogerzilla!

Well, we assume that's the case but who knows what he's doing with our data  :o  I'm just off to Google Swindon Analytica to see if such a thing exists  ;D

I think the data are being used to influence Eurovision. RZ is touting some sequinned, Nordic songstress.
Haggerty F, Haggerty R, Tomkins, Noble, Carrick, Robson, Crapper, Dewhurst, Macintyre, Treadmore, Davitt.

I don't have a clue what number I am, but remember holding on as long as possible at the old place. I got to work, one morning and found that my login no longer worked, put that together with what others had been saying about being booted and realised that my acf account had been locked or removed. Thus I registered on here and things just seemed to continue as before.

I hadn't realised that smileygeddon was quite so long ago. I still have the ACF bottle, perhaps it's a little past its best now  :)

I cycled to work in my acf top just yesterday.

I too hung on there as long as I could hoping to maintain critical mass.

It doesn't seem like 10 years that's for sure.

I hadn't realised that smileygeddon was quite so long ago.
The whole thing completely bypassed me. There were a few messages saying "I'm leaving", and that was a about it. Except it started feeling rather lonely...

No idea what my U number is as if I hover over my name on the members list I just get "view profile".

Ahh its in the HTML of the underlying link.

Anyway it seems I  am member 16.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that.

When you hover over your name, a little bit of script appears in the bottom left of your screen - that's where your number is.
You are number 16.

So, predictions for the next ten years?

I predict that I still will not have mastered the dark art of posting images in ten years but that's ok cos I probably will not be able to see them anyway!    ;)

Do we believe computers will have properly and reliably cracked automated image descriptions in 10 years?  Save Polarbear from losing out and maybe he can give us a taste by just uploading the text of some localised descriptions  :demon:

TBH, we only need it to be able to categorise "bicycle" "CDC" and "cat ...or maybe a badger"

More bikes and cake but probably a decline in erudite smut.
Riding a concrete path through the nebulous and chaotic future.

Point of order Mr. J. That's a Lotus . . .

If I'd known there was cachet in a low membership number I wouldn't have deleted my account, only to rejoin as 4000-and-something  ;D
