Definitely no milk.  Butter only plus a tiny bit of S&P.

BTW, Ian's described method above is exactly as I read in Delia many moons ago and she's rarely wrong.

Small non stick frying pan on low heat, I don’t beat the eggs beforehand, just stir gently & when they are still runny dump on toast or toasted bagel. Also good with smoked salmon strips mixed in.

I actually use Tiger nut milk. Prefer it to almond in smoothies.
