Stress-related sympton
« on: 08 January, 2018, 10:44:11 am »
I have been under quite a lot of pressure recently; mainly family-related stuff that has caused lots of aggro. This has taken its toll and I feel very stressed a lot of the time. One sympton that has manifested itself is that my right foot & lower leg feel numb in a weird sort of way. I have no loss of movement, but it is definitely brought on by the bouts of heightened stress I encounter, including right now.

My assumption is that this is neurological in source, so should I be worried? Is my assumption correct?

Sounds neurological and might need a decent neurological history and examination, with or without investigations to determine the root [sic] cause.

A slipped disc, vitamin deficiency or systemic illness could be the cause, amongst many.
