A client has just bought me a case of wine and sent a really nice note about me & the team to my boss.

He's even writing a book about making a million quid by working with us :)

I ran* 1.75 miles this evening, which is 1.70 miles further than I could run a month ago.

And then I got home and Charlotte made me dinner and Angel Delight.  :D

Isn't Angel Delight the stuff formerly known as Instant Whip?

If I hark back to my childhood I'll be able to answer your question.  Instant Whip had bubbles in it.  Angels Delight was more smooth and creamy.
