Graeme:
A short read with a few photographs.

Peter:
Enjoyed that, Graeme!  The business about "coming back along the same route", I think of as "if you do things in both directions, there is twice as much world to view."

Oscar's dad:
Nicely done sir!

Canardly:
Good read. Just think of the folk that have gone up those lanes before you.

psyclist:
What a lovely read. I recognised a lot of the places described, having spent most of my childhood school holidays in a cottage at the top end of Tryfar, the adjoining road to Twtil. On the occasions I took a bike with me, it was a road bike with less than ideal gearing. Those lanes in the hills behind Harlech were a favourite, apart from the frequency of gates to be negotiated.
