Another lovely meal here with friends.   Must have been our 4th or 5th visit.  Highly recommended if you are visiting Liverpool

Another good meal last night, and we've booked again for next week!   


(the oysters were given a universal Meh, but everything else was good)

Sourdough bread with beer butter,  popcorn mussels with a mayo dip (we asked for extra mayo).  Lemon sole crudo.....  half raw fish with slivers of horseradish, peach & creme fraiche spiked with sumac.  The smoked chicken & ham terrine again, sea bream .   Mathias had to leave early so only 2 desserts, panna cotta & chocolate nemesis..... :P , tea & coffee.


3 good meals in 3 weeks for 3 people.  On each occasion we were going to a classical concert afterwards, so not really hitting the booze , but each bill has been approx £30+ each before tip.


I'm just hoping Jay Rayner doesn't pay a visit or we'll never get a table again!

Facebook & Twitter accounts deleted, so it looks like they've gone  :'(      Other favourite restaurants have stayed alive by doing home deliveries, but this place didn't attempt it.
