Fine with me plenty of bike racks directly outside, just need to get back from London at a decent time and sort out a loop out and back...

Right ho, we're off to the Railway.

Right, in the time honoured tradition of making it up as we go along and not trying to shoe horn in forward planning  :demon: here is an alternative route for this evening. Some interesting routing in to Chelmo

I think I have my brother Fred Shred with me this evening so logistics might be difficult - unless he can be persuaded to drive to Chelmsford...

Given that last week's event was this week's plan, this week's event could be next week's plan ... Hatfield Broad Oak anyone? No rain forecast for Wednesday evening.

D&B apparently, though thats on the edge of far away for me on a school night and I might have detention (in London) anyway  :( though I am trying to avoid that...

ETA: (subject to detention) HBO might be an idea given the wind direction...

The leaflet is merely a guide   jiber's Google calendar is accurate and does indeed offer up the Donkey & Buskins as a suggestion.  I am away on Wednesday evening unfortunately so am maintaining an academic interest in this week's proceedings.  I'm away next week too  :o

I went through there on Friday and waved at The Cock.

HBO then, give our friends on the Western Front some love. I think I will be taking the bike into London so will make my own way there.

I might manage an intercept with the peloton on the way out, and make it home on Wednesday too, for a change!

I'll be there :)

@Tomsk, I'll bring some cash for the top, if it's convenient for you to bring it along. Many thanks.

I may participate tonight, (though I`m afraid I`ll come last at willy waving).

Will the peloton be making a pitstop at Littley Green to meet the North Essex Chapter?

I was chuckling to myself on A&S about that time when there was a group comfort break and the woman rocked up to ask if anyone had seen her lost dog (somewhere just before Reedham Ferry iirc) then there was that time in Sudbury...

I could be tempted out tonight but it's a long ride home in the rain.

I might do my own eastern version at the Donkey & Buskins or something.

This was last year's ride to the Cock at HBO, more miles less beer.
The Witham peloton is likely to be at the pub between 9:15 and 9:30 depending upon wind factor and if there is no en route rehydration at the Compasses.

I'll be getting off the train at Shenfield and heading up from there. I should be there for 9 or a little before dependant on how busy the trains are. I've found I can generally get on a train to Shenfield from Stratford well before the time when bikes are allowed so hoping the same happens tonight. I defo won't be at the pub until 11!
