No alcohol beer
« on: 30 January, 2022, 07:15:42 pm »
Just been drinking a rather nice, slightly cloudy no alcohol beer.

Thinking, this is the best no alcohol beer I've ever had! It even makes me feel like I am drinking alcohol beer.

I grabbed it out of the fridge, from a variety of cans that my lad and I bought for ChristmasMy birthday.

It's called Zero Zero.

I've just looked at the can again, on account of it being so good.

“Hey, you guys!” said American Dave.  “What does 'alcohol fridge' mean?”

A panel of highly-qualified linguistic experts examined his can of BEER on which, in large friendly letters, was written “ALCOHOL VRIJ”.

Well, for next time I can recommend Brulo (previously called Coast) AF and brewed in Belgium.
Do not clench. It only makes it worse.

Loads of good ones from the continent these days. Get a sample box form Dry Drinker.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that.

I'm quite partial to the Ghost Ship 0.5%, but having had the brewdog AF IPA substituted for something else last week, would certainly not be paying for that one

The Big Drop stuff is OK, though I'm not entirely sure it's beer.

I've been quite partial to some of the 2.5-2.8% beers lately, more breweries are doing them – either table beers or light pale ales.

I really like the Small Beer (brewed in Bristol I think) light ale, it is 2.5%.  I do not like the larger version.  I thought the Ghost Ship 0.5% was OK but would not rush to buy it again, and I hate to have to admit it but I thought that the Heineken Zero (I think it is called) was really very drinkable, but I have only had that from a bottle, I think that a draught version is also available.
