Ear protection

Morning all

A question about ear protection. On the one hand I like to hear what is going on around me, on the other I’m am conscious that at speed the wind noise in my ears is loud enough to be troubling. I am suffering age related hearing loss already and don’t want to accelerate that constraint.

So, is anyone wearing ear protection when they ride? If yes, any specific recommendations?

Tks

Those Wind Blox thingies work not as well as I had hoped they would. You may consider ear protection used by motorcycle drivers, these have filters that filter out the wind noise frequencies while still allowing (some of) the other frequencies to pass.

Me, I'm wearing (custom) in-ear headphones and using mirrors. Add a Garmin radar if you need more distraction  ;)
