App management under Osprey

On my old Motorola Defy (Android 2.summat) I could move most apps to the SD card.  On my G3, Osprey doesn't offer the option, memory's filling up and my phone is clunking along like a three-legged carthorse.

I tried loading a self-styled app-manager app but the damned thing falls back on the system's own app manager to move stuff to SD, so it's no use.

Any ideas?

I don't know about Osprey but I would try the app I mentioned here:
