arrgh... all I managed to do last night was fit a rear mudguard.
In fairness, it did require some creativity as there was nothing to secure the mudguard to where is passed between the seat stays, but even so!

At least you were successful.
I tried to put mudguards on a bike a few weeks ago. All seemed fine till I turned the wheels - lots of tyre/mudguard interface. Still not sorted it!

It's not just me who goes into DR Who mode when fettling then.
I often find that I have traveled some time into the future after a fettling session.
Did you get a visit from the tool fairy who hides all the tools?
I often do.

Mudguards - check
Rack - check
Lights - check
New brake blocks - check
This bikes transformation into super-commute is complete.
New front brake cable and rear brake blocks for the tandem next.
